Double-Ridged Waveguide Rotary Joints
Dolph Microwave supplies double-ridged waveguide rotary joints for rotating RF interfaces from 0.84 to 40.0 GHz. The published model matrix includes 39 I-, L- and U-shape entries with cover or grooved flanges, IP65 ingress protection, Al/Cu material options and Chromate/Painted finish. Send the operating band, WRD size, both flange interfaces, power condition, rotation requirement and mechanical envelope for model matching or a custom review.

Published capabilities include CNC milling and turning, waveguide forming and bending, soldering and brazing, anodising and passivation, electrolytic and electroless plating, abrasive machining, diamond grinding and electroforming. Published test capability includes RF vector and scalar measurement up to 100 GHz.

For a custom assembly, provide the interfaces, material, finish, RF limits and mechanical envelope so machining and assembly details can be reviewed before release.
