There are two types of curved waveguides: E-surface curved and H-surface curved. The curved waveguides include arc-shaped curved waveguides and cut-angle curved waveguides. Cut-angle curved waveguides can be used in situations where the arm length is short, the waveguide is large, the bandwidth is narrow, and the power is low. The standard bending angle is 90°, other bending angles can be customized.
E-surface arc bend waveguide, waveguide model BJ100, bending angle is 60° (default when 90°), flange is FBP/FBM (default when both ends are FBP), bending waveguide arm length A×B =40×40mm, the material is aluminum (default when the material is copper).
Upgrading the overall performance of the device, the frequency band width reaches 5.8-16GHz, and the relative bandwidth is 93%; the double-ridge height gradient structure is conducive to the matching of waveguide and coaxial conversion, and the tuning screw can adjust the standing wave index of the waveguide-to-coaxial converter, using split The one-piece structure facilitates processing and improves efficiency.
