Dolph manufactures microwave components and antenna feed assemblies using processes that include CNC milling and turning, waveguide forming, brazing and assembly.
For a custom part, submit the drawing revision, waveguide size, mating flange or connector, material, finish and quantity. Include operating frequency, power conditions and any dimensional or RF acceptance limits.

Inspection and Acceptance Requirements
Agree the drawing revision, inspection points and pass/fail limits before production. Dimensional inspection and RF testing answer different questions: a part can fit mechanically while its insertion loss, return loss or isolation still needs verification.
Specify the frequency sweep, port configuration and required test records. For sealed or environmentally exposed assemblies, also define the pressure, leak or environmental test conditions that apply to the order.
Request the inspection report, material or finish documentation and any applicable certificates in the quotation. Confirm document availability and scope for the selected part.
