Start with the pressure and cooling conditions
Window and flange materials
The window uses ceramic with oxygen-free copper flanges and a Titanium Nitride finish. The product description specifies a furnace-brazed pillbox construction.
Cooling flow
The model sheet calls for water at 4 litres per minute. Send the available water flow and operating temperature with the power requirement.
Power and atmosphere
The listed power is 40 MW peak and 15 kW CW. The atmosphere entry specifies 10exp-8 Torr on the vacuum side and 2 bar SF6 on the pressure side.
Use the flange reference to identify your mating hardware. For a different pressure-window configuration, compare the waveguide pressure window range.

Planning the pressurized side?
A pressure inlet section provides a separate gas connection in the waveguide run. Its flange size and pressure requirements need to match the assembly drawing.
